$50 Botox Rebate

Allergan, the makers of Botox, have announced a rebate offer on Botox Cosmetic in conjunction with its Express Success Campaign. For a limited time, receive a $50 rebate if you purchase $200 or more in Botox Cosmetic.

The rebate redemption process is simple: fill out an itemized receipt we provide, acquire a special redemption code to include in the rebate form by registering for the “BOTOX Cosmetic Benefits Program” at www.botoxcosmetic.com/success and mail the form to Allergan. They will, in turn, return a $50 check to you. Quickly book an appointment, though, at one of our injection events for there is a limited supply of rebate receipts.

Botox announced this offer in conjunction with Vanessa Williams’ “Express Success” campaign, promoting “Dress for Success,” a charitable foundation aimed at providing work suits to underprivileged recipients. More information on the campaign can be found at www.botoxcosmetic.com/success.

Sounds like a pretty good deal, considering I'm signed up for injections at Beaverton on Sunday.

I liked the cause attached to the rebate and I'll definitely be sending in my rebate. People should really understand that there's way to get money back, particularly with a stuggling economy and all. I'm glad Forever Young posted this before my next set of injections.

This sounds like a wonderful offer. I plan on attending the October 15th event so I'll have to ask for one of the special offer. I was just reading about the cause, sounds great. Good for them!

Where do you find the redemption code? Do you get an additional $100 for figuring this out, or is this a serious adverse event from the injection?

Sounds like everyone has the same problem. I found no redemption code after completeing registration.Has anyone figured out a solution? Without the redemption code this is worthless. Allergen needs to stand behind their offer.

This is crazy, I just got my form back and they're looking for the redemption code. No rebate included. Where do we find it and very disappointed with Allergan. I'll have to imform my doctor as well as my friend who works for them.

Very confused with this entire registration
process. Just went to Scottsdale doc and there
was a rep there. Tried to register me somehow
resulting in confusion about my account. Now I
can't find out who to talk to about this!! I
can't seem to find out how to get my redemption
code or who to call at Allergan to work on
this for me. Seems to be very disorganized pro-
gram. This looks like it may cost me my advertised $50 rebate. What a hassle. Will inform doctors office as well as friends.

Entry code "success" doesn't work. I would have thought "Botox" would have been more reliable. Lesson learned....never fall for a mail in rebate again. This is bad advertisement for Botox.

I WONDER IF THEY MAKE IT THIS HARD TO GET THE CODE SO WE CANT COLLECT ON THE OFFER I WONDER WHAT ELSE ALLERGAN MAKES IT HARD TO FIND OUT????

Really ridiculous! There is no way to get the code! Clearly no one is reading their blogs!

Everyone: After reading all the comments, I was very skeptic about getting the code. I did, however, complete the form, used "success" as the entry code and submitted. I was immeidately given a redemption code, which I will now mail back to Delta Marketing Dynamics. I hope I will receive my $50 rebate. It sure is a round-about way to get a rebate. Good Luck!!

Do not put in /success. Instead, put in /seven and you will go to the right web page. Too bad they don't care about their customers and you have to spend days/hours searching for the right site. Corporate greed gets you every time !!!

RRRIP OFFF No way to get "redemption code". Doctor tried for me, rep tried for me, our company IT guy tried for me, but all gave up in frustration. Tried using "seven" rather than "success" as advised by last comment but that had no effect except sending me to a useless page with no advice on the code. What is Allergan doing to correct situation that many many people are having-expiration date is tomorrow and I have been trying to get this code for three weeks!
